Use − and + to fix a score.

“A merry heart doeth good like a medicine…” Proverbs 17:22

Split into two teams, and mix the ages so each team has little ones and grown-ups.
One player takes the phone or tablet (or goes to the computer) and reads the card silently. For non-readers, tap Whisper it and hold it to your ear, or lean in close to the speaker.
Start the timer. Act out the story with no words and no sounds. The “Act it out” line gives ideas.
Your team has until the timer runs out to name the Bible story.

1 point for the right story. +1 bonus if anyone on the team can name the book of the Bible it comes from (it’s on the card).
If time runs out, the other team gets one guess to steal the point.
Take turns until the cards run out or everyone is ready for snacks!

Old Testament: pretend to stroke a long beard.
New Testament: make a small cross with two fingers.
Number of words: hold up that many fingers. “Sounds like”: tug your ear.
Person / animal / place: point to yourself, flap your arms, or draw a big circle with your arm.

Buddy acting: a grown-up and a little one act a card together, which is great for shy players.
Grandparents can act from a chair. Many stories work sitting down (Abraham, David’s harp, Elijah and the ravens).
After each card, read the verse on it out loud. It’s a quick Bible lesson with every round.
